Hi, I’m Rachel Sklar, a certified ultra and road running coach with a background in sports nutrition. As an experienced ultra runner, I know what it takes to train smart, fuel right and push past limits. My coaching focuses on personalized, science-backed plans to help runners stay strong, healthy, and race-ready. Whether you’re chasing a PR or tackling your first ultra, I’ll help you get there, one step at a time.
